Our Message
— 学びが未来を創る —
Language opens the world.
Global Lab のホームページをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。
「Global Lab」という名前には、
世界を知り、学び、広げ、そして世界とつながる場所でありたい
という想いが込められています。
年齢や国籍にとらわれず、誰もが意欲的に言語を学び、
言葉を通して自分の世界を広げていける。
そんな“世界規模の学びの場”を目指しています。
私たちは、英語を「勉強する教科」としてではなく、
人と人、文化と文化をつなぐコミュニケーションのツールとして
育てることを大切にしています。
言語を学ぶことは、単に言葉を覚えることではなく、
他者を理解し、自分の思いを伝え、
世界と関わる力を身につけることだと考えているからです。
幼児部門では、
子どもたちが“意欲的な学習者（Active Learners）”として
成長できるよう、好奇心や「やってみたい」という気持ちを
何よりも大切にしています。
遊びや体験を通して学ぶ楽しさを知り、自ら考え、挑戦する姿勢を育むための
アクティブ・ラーニングやコミュニケーションを導入しています。
小学生・中学生向けでは、英語を“教科”から「使える力」へと
変えていくことを目標に置き、読む・書く・話す・聞くを学びながら、
実際のコミュニケーションの中で活きる英語力を養います。
また、外国人向けの日本語教育では、単に日本語を学ぶだけでなく、
日本で生活し、働き、社会とつながっていくための力を身につけることも大切にしています。
言語を通して安心して暮らし、自分らしく生きていけるよう支援しています。
また、定期的なイベントを通して、国際交流の機会や多文化理解を深める学び、
言語など、語学学習にとどまらない
“体験としての学び”も提供しています。
さらに、フィリピンやマレーシアでの語学プログラムの導入も検討しており、
実際に英語が使われている世界に足を踏み入れることで、教室の中だけでは得られない気づきや学びがあります。
生の英語に触れ、自分の言葉が相手に伝わった瞬間の感動は、きっと心に深く残り、これからの学びへの大きな原動力となるはずです。

Global Lab は、学びを通して自信・好奇心・創造性を育み、一人ひとりの可能性を最大限に広げる場所であり続けます。
AI が急速に発展していくこの時代において、これから本当に必要とされるのは、知識の量だけではなく、
人の心に寄り添い、心を動かす力ではないかと感じています。
人間だからこそできることは何か。自分にしかできないことは何か。
そのような問いを持ち、自ら考え、感じる力を育てていきたい。
それがGlobal Lab の教育の根底にある思いです。
私自身もまた、Global Lab に関わる子どもたち、外国人の生徒たち、保護者の皆さま、
講師・スタッフの皆さまから、日々多くの学びをいただいています。
学ぶことをやめず、変化を恐れず、成長し続けること。
その姿勢を大切にしながら、これからも Global Lab を育ててまいります。

The name “Global Lab” reflects our desire to be a place where people can discover the world, learn from it, expand their horizons, and connect with others across borders.
Regardless of age or nationality, we strive to create a truly global learning environment where everyone can pursue language learning with enthusiasm and broaden their world through communication.
At Global Lab, we do not view English as merely a subject to study.
Rather, we believe it is a powerful tool for connecting people and cultures.
Learning a language is not simply about memorizing words.
It is about understanding others, expressing your own thoughts, and gaining the ability to engage with the world.
Early Childhood Program
In our early childhood program, we nurture children as Active Learners, placing the highest value on curiosity and the desire to explore.
Through play and hands-on experiences, children discover the joy of learning, think independently, and develop the confidence to take on new challenges.
We incorporate a creative curriculum designed to cultivate initiative and imagination.
Elementary & Junior High Program
For elementary and junior high students, our goal is to transform English from a “school subject” into a practical skill for real-life use.
By developing balanced proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, students build communication skills that are meaningful and applicable in authentic situations.
Japanese Language Program for Foreign Residents
In our Japanese language program for foreign residents, we go beyond simply teaching the language itself.
We focus on equipping students with the skills needed to live, work, and connect with society in Japan.
Through language, we support each learner in building a foundation for a secure and fulfilling life where they can live confidently and authentically.
Beyond the Classroom
Through regular events, we provide opportunities for international exchange, multicultural understanding, and experiential learning — including food education and other hands-on activities that extend beyond language study alone.
We are also exploring study abroad programs in the Philippines and Malaysia.
By stepping into environments where English is actively used, students gain insights and experiences that cannot be replicated in the classroom.
The moment when your words are understood and you truly connect with someone leaves a lasting impression — and becomes a powerful motivation for future learning.
At Global Lab, we aim to nurture:

- The flexibility to appreciate and embrace different cultures
We hope our students gain the strength to live confidently and authentically anywhere in the world.
English is not the destination — it is a set of wings for the future.
Global Lab will continue to be a place where confidence, curiosity, and creativity are cultivated, and where each individual’s potential can fully unfold.
In this rapidly evolving age of AI, what will truly matter is not only the amount of knowledge one possesses,
but the ability to empathize, to inspire, and to move others’ hearts.

What can only I do?
We want our students to grow with these questions — to think deeply, to feel sincerely, and to discover their unique strengths.
This is the philosophy at the heart of Global Lab’s education.
I myself continue to learn every day from the children, foreign students, parents, instructors, and staff who are part of Global Lab.
By never ceasing to learn, by embracing change, and by striving to grow, we will continue to nurture and develop Global Lab into a place of meaningful learning.
